Key Training Wellingborough Study Programmes

Key Training study programme is a government funded programme for 16 to 24 year olds.

Our study programme is designed to provide young people with a structured, individualised learning programme that supports their development and progression to the next level of education, a traineeship or apprenticeship, or other employment.

Our programme is designed to give learners the opportunity to:

Study one or more vocational qualifications.
Work towards the achievement of English and maths functional skills qualifications, (if they do not have GCSE A*-C / 9-4).
Undertake a meaningful work experience (related to their chosen vocational area).
Develop confidence and personal skills and prepare for employment, training or further education
Key Training’s study programme lasts up to 25 weeks, depending on the learner’s starting point and monthly enrolments take place throughout the year
