Northampton Street Pastors
We are volunteers from local Churches who provide practical help and a listening ear to those out on the town in the “night-time economy” on mainly Saturday nights. We also try to field teams on pay day Fridays, Bank Holiday Sunday's and other nights when there is expected to be a greater need. We're famous for our flip flops and lollipops. We try to look after those who have had too much to drink, try to help reunite friends who have got separated on a night out. We operate usually between 10.30pm and the early hours of the morning around 4am. We work with the Borough Council, Police, venues and are on the Pub Watch radio network.
