Prospects

Prospects is a careers advice and guidance service for young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). The service is available to young people during the 2 years after they complete complusory educaiton ie Yr11. Young people with an Education, Health and Care Plan or who have been in care can access the service to 25.
Advisers work with young people to help them identify what they want to do and support them to progress into a positive activity. This includes working on CV's, job seeking skills, employability and referral to suitable opportuniites such as education, Apprenticeships and pre-employment programmes.

Overview

What we do

Provide careers advice and guidance for young people who are NEET to help them identify what they want to do and how to progress to thier career goal.  This includes support with CVs, job seeking skills and referral to opportunities in education, Apprenticeships and other pre-employment programmes 

Where we do it

2 dedicated Prospects shops in Northampton and Wellingborough whci are open Mon-Fri 9.30am - 4.30pm In addtion, there are a number of drop-in sessions around the county in a range of community bases.  Details are kept up to date on our website https://prospectsnow.me/drop-in/
